we will never give, rent or sell access to your data to anyone else, nor will we make use of it ourselves for any purpose other than communicating with you directly from EDM. your information is protected by software at several different levels which are constantly tested and updated by firewall and operating system software programs on all our servers that restrict access to unauthorised users.

why does EDM limited need to collect and store personal data?

In order for us to provide you with a high-quality service we need to collect personal data for correspondence purposes and/or specific service provision. in any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

Will EDM limited share my personal data with anyone else?

The request is free of charge unless your request is unfounded or excessive (e.g. if you have already requested such personal data multiple times in the last twelve months or if the request generates an extremely high workload). in such case, we may charge you a reasonable request fee according to applicable data protection legislation.
